The Importance of Booking Early

The subject of this week’s blog is simple yet understated; It is never to early to book your wedding entertainment.

Here is the scenario; you just popped the question or you just said yes, the ring pictures are posted on Instagram and the big announcement is posted on Twitter, and now the excitement begins to build for the big day. You picked a date and a venue, and your wedding is twelve to eighteen months away and you may think that it is so early in the planning process that booking a band or a DJ can be put off. That may be a big mistake!

As you browse through www.esteementertainment.com you see a wide array of bands such as our All Stars and Moscow Express. You see the tremendous instrumentalists and talented singers and think to yourself, “this is what I need to make my wedding amazing!” Or, perhaps you enjoy a particular DJ style and want to pair that with our motivators, or maybe you want a two man DJ team with a live music element for your cocktail hour and ceremony.

The only way to ensure that you can get the entertainment that you want is to book early! If you want to book a band or DJ, but you are not sure of the additional lighting, photobooth, or video packages, do not hesitate or you can miss out on the performers that you want to include in your special day. Book the entertainers as soon as you can, and we can always add extras later on. We have multiple photo booths, but only one of each individual personality.

It also gives our bands time to prepare suburb performance quality renditions of those special, deep tracks and less well-known songs that you need played. I’m talking about the song that is only yours and nobody else’s. You know the one by that band you can’t quite remember from that one time you will never forget.
